A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY, Michele started her career as a professional pastry chef at prominent institutions such as Windows on the World. The result is a unique perspective of “food as a culinary science”.

Michele sits on the CIA’s Culinary Science Advisory Council while supporting a portfolio of clients for Target Research Group. At the CIA, she guest lectures on various topics, including “Market Research & Product Development” and “Marketing and How to Reach Consumers.”

A seasoned researcher and industry expert, she has been published in leading journals, co-authored a number of books, and presented at numerous conferences.
