David’s approach has always been to listen to the client carefully to gain an understanding of the research issue and the person. With this information, the study is designed to produce actionable results. Once accomplished, the process becomes a joint effort and a passionate partnership.
The vast majority of David’s career has been spent in client service on the research company side of the business, specifically designing, implementing, and analyzing studies. He has more than 35 years of experience with a strong concentration in consumer package goods, including concept testing, package testing, and copy testing.
A client once said of David: “I am glad to have David working on my studies. I know that he worries about them so I don’t have to.”
