Larry is the director of Target Research’s Legal Research Division. He is an expert in designing and conducting quantitative research studies for use in litigation.
With over 30 years of research experience, he has conducted hundreds of legal studies including claims substantiation, misleading advertising, trademark and trade dress issues.
As an authority on the subject of litigation research he has access to and has worked with a network of expert witnesses from many of the top universities around the country.
He brings an unparalleled dimension to the cause as he helps clients design surveys to defend their companies in a lawsuit or helps clients initiate lawsuits against their competition. His competence and experience assures Target Research’s clients their studies will be done right and be admissible in court if necessary.
Larry also has a wealth of experience designing studies for consumer satisfaction, market segmentation and new product introductions in CPG, pharmaceuticals, retail, telecommunications, and financial services.
