Steve has been responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of Target Research since 2001. His primary focus is and always will be to make sure that Target Research partners with its clients, working toward a common agreement on the core needs of the study and then pursuing them relentlessly. It is this corporate culture that assures clients that if a study cannot be done right, Target Research will tell them so.
Steve is the gatekeeper when it comes to client respect particularly in this era of research conglomerates, which bid on price and then place clients on a down-person escalator until it reaches the point where the study can be done to match the bid. Target Research responds to this by having a top-level team involved at “all” times and at every phase. The company’s clients know exactly who they are and have access to all of them…including Steve.
With over 35 years of experience, Steve has conducted every type of study in a broad spectrum of industries with concentrations primarily in CPG, financial services, and healthcare.
He is responsible for making sure that Target Research keeps pace with the times.
He is a passionate “sandman”, making sure that Target Research’s ethics are carried out so its clients sleep well at night.
